Not sure I remember ya, but used to also post a lot on CM HoH back in the day. just wonderin about em lately (guess cause it's Halloween time heh) and doin a web search came across your blog here. Very nice! My fave on your list has to be Dog Soldiers. Damn tight werewolf movie...might be my second fave of all time after "the Howling" of course. I'm a bit old school, so I prefer the original "Hills have Eyes", myself...but the rest of your list are surely solid films! Descent was indeed a fine film, executed very nicely. Dialogue may have been a bit strained at times, but it's been a few years since I've seen it. I'd love to know if the old HoH forum even exists anymore. I remember using it a few times after their tracker was taken down over the mpaa threats, but then the forums just evaporated or somethin as well. Seems that I recall getting an email from em with some other place to go, but think I lost that info at some point. sucks. Lotsa good discussions were had on there.
