The Jaguar XK is coming and it looks PIIIMMMMPPP.

Seriously, I’ve been a fan of most Jaguar sport models but this car is so sweet it’s sickening. I have been drooling over this website for the past 15 minutes, no kidding.

The limited edition sports a 4.2L V8 or a 4.8L V8 Supercharged engine, 4 new paint colours, and 20″ alloy wheels. Not only that but it also includes some pretty cool technology like Bluetooth connectivity and advanced onboard computers.

One of the coolest features is Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC). ACC basically is a form of autopilot that will automatically adjust the speed of the car if other cars traveling around you block your path.

Microwave radar technology enables XK models fitted with Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) to detect slower vehicles ahead (or even those about to move into your lane). It will then automatically adjust your chosen cruise speed to maintain a safe distance from the vehicle in front. If you prefer, it can be set simply to alert you if traffic in front is slowing down. It is available on all XK models as part of the Technology Pack, while Cruise Control with automatic speed limiter is standard across the range.

The bumpers have built in ultrasonic sensors to assist in backing up. The car emits a beeping sound the closer objects in the rear get to help determine how much space there is. The Bluetooth connectivity I mentioned before is for use with cell phones. It allows you to use the car’s audio system as a headset so you can talk freely without holding the phone. Included standard is also a telephone keypad so you don’t even have to pull your phone out to dial a number.

Check out the Jaguar website for more information on the new Jaguar XK as well as some cool flash pages where you can see the features in action. They even have a web app you can play with and even design your own Jag XK.
